Item: This is a fabulous Art Deco enameled compact in the shape of a padlock made in the 1930s. The carry handle is a locking mechanism that pops open the lid when pushed in like an old pocket watch. This was never used and comes in it's original box. This was well cared for and is in Excellent condition.
