In the late 1970s an exhibit called Treasures of Tutahnkamun kicked off an American tour at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art. This intriguing exhibition spured a second 20th century Egyptian revivial in jewelry and product design. The first of course was born out of Howard Carter's discovery of King Tut's tomb. This particular piece was sold only at the show and was copyrighted by the MMA. It's a beautifully cast metal sculptural piece.
