Item: This is a fun Nielloware cigarette box likely made in Japan. It was made before cigarettes had filters thus the smaller size. It has a nice gold plated design with a pagoda in a forest. Though this isn't signed by the maker this was made as a souvenir of the Queen of Bermuda - a famous British cruise ship launched in 1932 during the Golden Age of passenger liners. The ship was requisitioned to military service in 1939 and refit again for civilian service in 1949. It's a wonderful little piece of history and could be used today as a vest pocket wallet, a pill box and a hundred other uses as it snaps together very securely.
