Lisner had a long history of jewelry manufacturing however I'm unsure when Lisner started signing their jewelry. The pieces a collector is likely to find today date from the 1950’s and 60’s when costume jewelry was at it’s height. Some of the most collectible Lisner pieces have thermoset plastic elements like leaves or flowers which often came in 3 piece sets.
