Item: This is a hand carved genuine shell cameo brooch with a 10k gold setting made circa 1920. It has a retractible loop at the top that allows you to wear this as a pendant and folds behind the setting when you want to wear it as a brooch. It's in excellent condition and the clasp is marked 10k.
