Item: This is a vintage bangle bracelet made in the 1950's by fashion designer Hattie Carnegie. It has beautiful blue and red dragon's breath stones and clear rhinestones in-between them. It has a spring hinge on one side to allow you to put it on and take it off with ease. This is in very good condition and ready to wear.
