Item: This is a wonderful vintage compact with a very detailed cameo with an Ancient Greek woman holding a dove mounted in the center. It was made in the 1940s by the Kigu company and has beautiful Guilloché patterning on both sides. It's in very good condition. The hinge is slightly misaligned however this doesn't affect it in any real ways as it snaps closed securely and displays very well. There is a little powder left in it but no puff.
