Item: This is a great vintage compact made by Princess Pat in Chicago circa 1950. The Art Deco design is really stellar. The lid has a mirror inside with what looks like drops of clear glue behind it - an original manufacturers flaw. The interior measures 2 3/8" in diameter if you wanted to fit it with a powder and a puff. Without powder this makes for a nice pill box for a pocket or a purse.
