This is an antique necklace with a genuine hand carved carnelian stone made circa 1925. It has a very wearable simplicity. The chain shows considerable wear to the gold plating but the pendant is in excellent shape. It has an old style spring ring clasp that, if you've never used one before, open counterintuitively.
