Item: This is a vintage brass locket made in the 1970s to look like an old pocket watch. It opens up just like any normal pocket watch by pushing on the top of the "winder" and the front flips out. Inside there are two frames and glassine window covers to go over your photos. There is a sticker under one of them that says Victoriana but otherwise it's unsigned. Neither the locket or the chain look like they got any use and are in good condition but the brass case does show patina consistent with age. The chain is gold filled and is a warmer color than the locket.
