Item: This is a fun necklace made by the Park Lane jewelry company in the 1980s. It has an enameled rose pendant with a tassel at the end and a second chain for that layered look. Decades recently acquired the vintage back stock of a Park Lane jewelry distributor. This has been sitting in a box for more than 30 years and was never worn.
