Item: This is a lovely solitaire ring with and orange cabochon that has a cloud of blueish opalescence that moves with the light like a moon stone. I think it's a Mexican opal but I'm not a gemologist. It has a very simple design and dates to the turn of the 20th Century. It's 14K yellow gold and is about a size 7.
