Item: This is an antique sterling silver patch box locket with some engraved initials on the front. This would have originally been hung on a chatelaine but is now on a nicely matched non silver chain. This could be used as a pill box, a locket for a lock of hair, a picture or whatever you might want to carry with you. This is in good condition but does show dents and patina consistent with age. It is well hallmarked and was made in Birmingham England in 1917.

Signature: Anchor, Lion Passant, S date letter, Adie & Lovekin hallmark

Measurements: Chain - 18" circumference, Pendant - 1 1/4" diameter
