This is an antique slide chain with two watch fobs. Chains like this were popular from about 1900 through the 1930s. The chain has a gold plated hexagonal slide with an opaline cabochon in the center. The baseball glove with bat and ball is hollow copper. The baseball is a spinner and is nicely detailed with textured black stitching impressed into the ball as well as the words League Ball. Most of the metal parts on these were gold filled or gold plated at one time but this was so well "loved" that most of it has worn through to the base metals. I've found no signatures or identifying marks on this at all. Condition of the chain is only fair but the fobs are in good shape and a spinning baseball fob is quite a rare and sought after find.
