This is an antique coin purse made in the 1890's. The lid is impressed with dragon, a bird and flowers in classic Esthetic Movement style. This is woven with two tones of beads - plain black and iridized black in a design that looks a bit like a spider web with little birds in-between. There are no missing beads and this is in very good condition but the silver plating has worn off through to the brass in a few places.
