Item: This is a wonderful spiral dress clip designed by Marcel Boucher in the 1940s. It has turquoise blue cabochons in the center with rhinestone accents and open backed faux rubies at the outer edge. Like much of the costume jewelry made in the 1940s this is set in sterling silver and plated in rose gold.
